By using ZaminX to post or browse listings, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. ZaminX is an Intermediary IT Platform

ZaminX operates strictly as an Intermediary Information Technology Platform, a B2B SaaS provider, and a Digital Advertising Portal. We provide software tools for generating digital property and material listings. ZaminX does not act as a real estate agent, broker, or intermediary in any actual property or material transactions.

2. Revenue Model

Our revenue is generated strictly from:
(A) Software subscriptions ("ZaminX Pro") which provide enhanced software features such as AI writing tools, expanded cloud storage for media, and digital visibility features.
(B) B2B sponsored placements and digital advertising on our portal.
We do not charge commissions, facilitate payments between buyers and sellers, or take part in any real-world transactions.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user creating a listing, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number, property details, and photos you submit.
  • You will not post fraudulent, duplicate, spam, or misleading listings.
  • You have the right to share the images and details of the property.

4. ZaminX Pro Subscriptions

ZaminX offers premium subscription services ("ZaminX Pro") that grant access to advanced features. These subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will auto-renew unless cancelled. 5. Pro Features & Verification Disclaimer

Certain Pro features, such as the "Verified Broker" badge, allow users to submit documentation (e.g., a RERA registration number). You agree to provide only truthful information. Disclaimer:Any "Verified RERA Badges", government IDs, or material certifications displayed on the platform are based strictly on user-submitted data. ZaminX assumes no liability for verifying the authenticity of these documents, real estate regulatory compliance, or any transaction disputes arising between users. Misuse of badges will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Right to Remove Content & Account Termination

ZaminX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, edit, or hide any listing, and to suspend or permanently terminate any user account that violates these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, posting fraudulent listings, engaging in spam, or misusing our services. Enforcement of these rules is strictly applied to protect the integrity of the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZaminX and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any financial loss arising from the use of the platform, reliance on listings, or any real estate transactions originating from a ZaminX link.
