Welcome to ZaminX. We believe in keeping things simple and transparent. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

When you create a listing or register on ZaminX, we collect:

  • Your Name and Phone Number: To display on your listing so buyers or other brokers can contact you directly. We authenticate your phone number via OTP to prevent spam.
  • Property Details: Including price, locality, description, and other attributes of the property you are listing.
  • Media (Photos & Videos): Images and videos you upload of the property. These are stored securely on Cloudflare R2.
  • Verification Data: If you apply for the RERA Verified Broker badge, we collect your RERA number and relevant documentation for manual verification by our admins.
  • Billing Information: If you subscribe to our Pro plan, payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or bank details directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

  • Public Display: The primary purpose of ZaminX is to broadcast your listing. Your name, phone number, and property details are displayed publicly on your specific listing page.
  • Authentication & Security: To verify your identity, secure your account, and apply daily quotas on actions such as viewing contact details.
  • Service Delivery: To provide Pro features like video uploads and unbranded listing cards, and to manage your subscription status via Razorpay.
  • Analytics: We track basic view counts and non-personally identifiable analytics to show you how many people have seen your listing.

3. Data Sharing and Advertising

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use Supabase to securely store listing data, Cloudflare R2 for media, and Razorpay/Cashfree for processing subscription payments. ZaminX may use third-party advertising networks and standard cookies to serve relevant advertisements to users. By using the platform, you consent to the use of these standard tracking technologies for advertising purposes.

4. DPDP Act (India) Consent & Data Removal

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, by submitting a listing on ZaminX, you explicitly consent to the public display of your provided name and phone number.

You have the right to withdraw your consent or request the deletion of your listing and personal data at any time. To request removal, please contact us at the details below. We will process your request promptly.
